- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender.

2Cook rice and drain well.

3Melt butter in skillet and add onion, soup and cheese; stir until cheese melts.

4Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.

5Place in oven at 350° until lightly browned on top.
