- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir undiluted soup, eggs, mayonnaise and onion until well blended.

2Stir in broccoli and cheese.

3Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.

4Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
