  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir undiluted soup, eggs, mayonnaise and onion until well blended.

    Stir in broccoli and cheese.

    Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
