Broccoli Cheese Soup

  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

    Cook potatoes and carrots until tender; drain.

    Cook celery and onions in 1 quart water with bouillon cubes added.

    Combine vegetables, soup and Velveeta.

    Heat thoroughly.

    Microwave or steam broccoli 5 minutes.

    Add as last ingredient before serving.
