Broccoli-Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 - 20 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 2.8 oz. can French fried onions
  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine soups and milk and set aside.

    Combine chicken, broccoli, 1 c. cheese, 1/2 can of onions, and 1/2 of soup mixture. Divide chicken mixture evenly over tortillas and roll up.

    Place seam side down in a lightly greased rectangle baking dish.

    Pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas.

    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

    Top tortillas with remaining cheese and onions.

    Bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
