- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. coarse saltine crackers
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, 1/2 cup crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, egg, corn and broccoli.

3Pour in quart casserole dish.

4Combine remaining crumbs and margarine or butter; sprinkle over mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
