- 4 eggs, beaten
- dash of Tabasco
- 6 oz. lb. cottage cheese
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 4 or 5 green onions
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, adding muffin mix last.

2Pour into well-greased skillet.

3Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.

4Wrap in foil.

5Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
