  • 1 medium broccoli, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 6 oz. lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 4 or 5 green onions

    Mix all ingredients, adding muffin mix last.

    Pour into well-greased skillet.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.
