- 2 pkg. Jiffy Corn Mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Directions

1Boil broccoli 3 minutes, drain.

2Beat eggs, melt butter, and mix all ingredients together.

3Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 40-50 minutes.
