  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 small box frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese or sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix well and pour into sheet cake pan that has been well oiled; batter will be thick.

    Bake at 350° until inserted with toothpick and comes out clean.

    Cool before cutting into squares.
