  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

    Thaw and drain frozen broccoli in microwave.

    Mix in eggs, sour cream and cornbread mix.

    Pour mixture in ungreased 11 x 14-inch pan.
