- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (10 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (but not drained)
Directions

1Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Mix together (beat eggs first) all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese.

3Pour batter over melted oleo.

4Sprinkle with cheese.
