  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (but not drained)

Directions

    Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix together (beat eggs first) all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese.

    Pour batter over melted oleo.

    Sprinkle with cheese.
