  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (10 oz.), cooked and drained
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with the eggs.

    Bake at 400° in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan until brown, approximately 25 minutes.
