  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Directions

    Drain water from frozen broccoli.

    Meanwhile, mix eggs, cottage cheese and melted oleo.

    Add salt and corn meal mix.

    Mix in drained broccoli and chopped onion.

    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
