- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 4 eggs
- 10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2In a large bowl mix corn muffin mix, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and thawed broccoli.

3Add melted margarine, then add milk and pour into the 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 425° about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Freezes well.
