- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Fry onion in butter until clear.

2Add thawed broccoli until heated.

3Mix cornbread mix per directions on box.

4To this, add onion and broccoli, the 2 eggs (beaten), cottage cheese and melted margarine.
