  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Thaw and drain broccoli.

    Add broccoli to other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Cook in a well greased 9 x 12-inch pan at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
