- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Thaw and drain broccoli.

2Add broccoli to other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

3Cook in a well greased 9 x 12-inch pan at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
