- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
- 6 oz. (3/4 c.) cottage cheese (can use 1% fat)
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine (can be low-fat)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
