  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 9 oz. cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Blend ingredients well, adding muffin mix last.

    Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 400°
