- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can Mexicorn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
Directions

1Drain broccoli.

2Combine all ingredients, except cornmeal mix. Mix well, then add cornmeal mix.

3Stir good and pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.
