  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

    Mix together and bake in a greased 9 x 9 pan for 30 minutes at 350°. For a 8 x 8 pan bake 5 minutes longer. To double this recipe bake in a 9 x 13 pan.
