  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
  • 1 small can or 1/2 large can cream-style corn
  • use liquid from broccoli if needed
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine or 3/4 c. Puritan oil
