  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix together and bake in greased pan 35 to 40 minutes at 375°. Does better if you bake it thin rather than thick.

    Great served with Broccoli-Cheese Potato Soup.
