  • 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli
  • dash of garlic salt
  • onion to taste
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. cottage cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in order given except cottage cheese. Pour 1/2 of mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Spread cottage cheese on top.

    Put other half of mixture on top of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
