  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 6 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

    Melt margarine with onion. Thaw broccoli and drain.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Can add pimiento for color.
