- 1 1/4 sticks butter or margarine, melted
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 12 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine corn muffin mix, onion, cottage cheese and broccoli in a large bowl. Add melted margarine and mix thoroughly. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
