  • 1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix (dry)
  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 c. grated American cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with other ingredients.

    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake about 30 minutes at 375° (until firm in the middle and slightly brown on top).
