  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. cooked, chopped broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese

Directions

    Mix broccoli and onion and cook until tender; drain.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot greased pan and bake until done.

    Serve warm.
