- 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 sticks oleo
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
Directions

1Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix other ingredients and pour in pan.

3Do not stir in with oleo.

4It will be thick and hard to pour.

5Bake at 375° until brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.

6Can add grated Cheddar cheese to mixture, if desired.
