  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • mushrooms, chopped (optional)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. Kraft American cheese, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in margarine.

    Add mushroom soup, mushroom pieces and cheese, cut into small chunks.

    Separate, cook and drain broccoli; add to mixture.

    Serve with crackers or potato chips.

    May be kept warm in crock-pot, fondue pot or oven.
