- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- mushrooms, chopped (optional)
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. Kraft American cheese, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine.

2Add mushroom soup, mushroom pieces and cheese, cut into small chunks.

3Separate, cook and drain broccoli; add to mixture.

4Serve with crackers or potato chips.

5May be kept warm in crock-pot, fondue pot or oven.
