- 1 1/2 lb. round loaf sourdough bread
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed drained chopped broccoli
- 1/4 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.

3Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces.

4Cover shell with top.

5Place on cookie sheet with bread pieces.

6Bake 15 minutes.
