  • 1 1/2 lb. round loaf sourdough bread
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed drained chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp. dried crushed rosemary

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.

    Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces.

    Cover shell with top.

    Place on cookie sheet with bread pieces.

    Bake 15 minutes.
