Broccoli-Ham Ring

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 stalk broccoli
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. deli ham
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (I just use plain)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Coarsely chop broccoli and ham.

    Mix together all ingredients, except the crescent rolls.
  4. 4
    Arrange the crescent rolls sort of in a sunflower fashion on pizza pan.

    Place the ham mixture in a ring on the crescent rolls.

    Pull the ends up around the ham mixture.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
