  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt, divided
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella, divided

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook lasagna according to directions; drain.

    In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

    Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.

    Stir in flour, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and nutmeg.

    Stirring continuously, pour in milk a little at a time.

    Bring to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in parsley.
