- 9 lasagna noodles
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. salt, divided
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. Parmesan
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella, divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook lasagna according to directions; drain.

3In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

4Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender.

5Stir in flour, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and nutmeg.

6Stirring continuously, pour in milk a little at a time.

7Bring to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in parsley.
