Broccoli Lima Bake

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small pkg. dry onion soup (instant)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook vegetables until barely tender, as on package directions. Blend soup, sour cream and onion mix; stir until vegetables cook. Add water chestnuts.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Top with Rice Krispies that have been tossed in stick of margarine that has been heated over low heat.

    Place on top of vegetable mixture. Cover with foil.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
