  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 c. chicken broth
  • 8 oz. fine noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 c. skim milk
  • 1 lb. light Velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
