- frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 small can black olives
- 1/2 c. pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- dash of red pepper
- pinch of garlic
- olive oil
Directions

1Cook broccoli and drain.

2Coat pan with olive oil.

3Return drained broccoli to pan and add other ingredients.

4Cook a few minutes until cheese melts.

5Cool.

6Stretch and roll dough 16 x 5 inches.

7Spread mixture to 1/2 inch of edge.

8Fold over and pinch edges.

9Put seam on bottom.

10Put on greased pan.

11Put 1-inch slit on top.

12Brush top with egg and water (beat egg with 1 teaspoon water).

13Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
