- 1 can Vege Burger
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- pastry for 2 crust pie
- milk
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Brown burger and onion.

2Stir in flour, salt and garlic salt. Add 1 1/4 cups milk and cream cheese; cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

3Add a moderate amount of hot mixture to egg; return to hot mixture in skillet.

4Cook until thickened.

5Stir in chopped, cooked broccoli; set aside.

6Line a 9-inch pie pan with half of pastry.

7Spoon in hot mixture.

8Cut or shred Jack cheese and put in hot mixture.

9Put on top pie crust, seal and make steam vents with a fork.

10Brush top of pie with milk.

11Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

12Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
