- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 2 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli; stir together soup and cheese. Gradually add milk, egg and mayonnaise.

2Add mixture to drained broccoli; mix lightly and pour into buttered casserole pan (8 x 8-inches or 10 x 10-inches).

3Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

4Bake 1 hour at 350° approximately.
