  • 1 box frozen broccoli
  • 2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Sprinkle broccoli, cheese and onion on pie crusts.

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into pie crusts. Cook, uncovered, at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 300°; cook for about 30 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
