- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings (optional)
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, gently cook onion in margarine until wilted.

2Stir in the mustard, then the cheese spread.

3Gradually stir in the soup.

4Add broccoli and rice; stir gently.

5Put in buttered casserole dish and bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes.

6Put onion rings on top of casserole before baking.
