  • 3 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 fluid oz. skim milk
  • 3/4 c. canned mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
