- 3 c. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli, cooked, drained and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Directions

1Cook rotini pasta according to directions on package; drain. Saute garlic and basil in oil in a nonstick skillet for 1 minute. Add parsley, broccoli, chicken broth, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir until mixture is heated.

2Remove from heat, stir in low-fat cottage cheese; add rotini to broccoli mixture, toss together.
