- 1 large head broccoli (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 5 green onions, sliced or chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. raisins
- chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Trip off large and tough ends of broccoli.

2Wash and cut into bite pieces.

3Put in large bowl.

4Add bacon and onions.

5Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss gently.

6Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
