- 1 bunch raw broccoli (cut into bite sizes pieces including stalk)
- 1 cup raisins (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 10 - 12 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Combine broccoli, raisins, onion, carrots, sunflower seed, vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix well.

2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3Serve cold.

4Sprinkle bacon on top before serving.
