Ingredients

  • 1 bunch raw broccoli (cut into bite sizes pieces including stalk)
  • 1 cup raisins (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup carrots (shredded)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 10 - 12 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Combine broccoli, raisins, onion, carrots, sunflower seed, vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Serve cold.
