Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, including some of tops, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisply and crumbled
Directions

1Wash broccoli thoroughly and cut tops into bite sized florets (save stems for another use).

2Combine with Swiss cheese and green onions.

3Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and add to broccoli mixture.

4Let marinate overnight or up to several days in refrigerator.

5Just before serving, toss with bacon.

6Sprinkle some on top.
