Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo

  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti (or Fettucine)
  • 1/2 cups Margarine Or Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (add To Taste)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 13 cups Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 bunch Fresh Broccoli, Florets Only (approximately 3 Cups) Or You Can Use Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 pound Cooked Shrimp, Thawed, Tails Removed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    In another saucepan, combine margarine, garlic powder, and cheeses.

    Heat over medium heat, stirring till cheeses are melted and smooth, then add milk.

    In another saucepan, heat about 1 inch of water to boiling, then add broccoli.

    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.

    Drain.

    Stir the broccoli, shrimp, salt, and pepper into the cheese sauce.

    Cook until heated through.
