- 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti (or Fettucine)
- 1/2 cups Margarine Or Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (add To Taste)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 13 cups Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 bunch Fresh Broccoli, Florets Only (approximately 3 Cups) Or You Can Use Frozen Broccoli
- 1 pound Cooked Shrimp, Thawed, Tails Removed
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2In another saucepan, combine margarine, garlic powder, and cheeses.

3Heat over medium heat, stirring till cheeses are melted and smooth, then add milk.

4In another saucepan, heat about 1 inch of water to boiling, then add broccoli.

5Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.

6Drain.

7Stir the broccoli, shrimp, salt, and pepper into the cheese sauce.

8Cook until heated through.

9Drain pasta and top with shrimp and broccoli mixture.
