- olive oil
- salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 13/16 inch ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 215 degrees Celsius.

2Cut the broccoli into florets. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive, and sprinkle with salt to taste.

3Bake for 15 minutes, until the broccoli edges become golden brown.

4Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

5Dress the broccoli, or serve separately and add dressing to taste.
