  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cashews or almonds
  • sunflower seeds

Directions

    Mix the green onions and slaw together.

    Break up the noodles and add to the slaw.

    Mix the oil, vinegar and sugar together. Add the spices from the noodles.

    Pour this over the slaw.

    Add the nuts and seeds just before serving.

    It works well to make this slaw a day before you are going to serve it.
