- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 to 1 full c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
Directions

1Cook frozen broccoli until tender.

2Drain all excess water from broccoli.

3In same baking dish, mix together broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.

4Beat the 3 eggs and add to the mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
