Broccoli Souffle

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 to 1 full c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine

Directions

    Cook frozen broccoli until tender.

    Drain all excess water from broccoli.

    In same baking dish, mix together broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.

    Beat the 3 eggs and add to the mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
