Broccoli Soup

- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup diced onions
- 8 cups water
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 lbs. velveeta cheese (can be melted first)
Directions

1Cook first 5 items for 30 minutes.

2Add broccoli and cook 20 minutes more.

3Add soup (I use 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup also) and cheese.

4Cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
