Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 8 cups water
  • 8 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs. velveeta cheese (can be melted first)

Directions

    Cook first 5 items for 30 minutes.

    Add broccoli and cook 20 minutes more.
  3. 3
    Add soup (I use 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup also) and cheese.

    Cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
