- 1 bunch broccoli or cauliflower
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. or 12 oz. evaporated milk or Milnot
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5 c. chicken broth or 14 1/2 oz. can or 1 large can
Directions

1Melt margarine; add flour to make paste.

2Add broth slowly. Add vegetables.

3Simmer covered for approximately 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

4Add milk.

5Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.
