  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans (2 2/3 c.) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
  • dash of white or black pepper
